Most standard orders are delivered within 5 – 7 working days of confirmation. White-glove pieces (beds, large wardrobes, dining sets) may take 7 – 10 working days. We confirm your delivery window by phone before dispatch.
Yes — we deliver across Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad and Quetta. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 0.
Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 0. Below that, a flat fee of Rs. 2,500 applies.
There is no online payment. Once you place your order, our team calls to confirm the details, and you can pay on delivery. Orders are only dispatched after confirmation.
Yes — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Call or message us with your order number and we'll make the change. Once packed or shipped, orders can only be changed upon delivery.
You have 7 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange. Some made-to-order and clearance pieces are final sale — these are always marked on the product page.
Smaller pieces (tables, chairs, sideboards) arrive fully assembled or assemble in under 10 minutes. Larger pieces like beds and wardrobes include white-glove delivery — our team assembles and positions them for you.
Every piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our timber frames are built to last far longer, and we offer a lifetime repair service for all HEBENOS furniture.
Wipe spills immediately and clean with a soft, damp cloth. Oil solid oak twice a year with food-safe oil to keep the grain rich. Keep furniture out of direct, harsh sunlight to prevent uneven fading.
