Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 5 – 7 working days after order confirmation. Larger pieces — beds, wardrobes and dining sets — are delivered with our white-glove service: our team assembles, positions and removes packaging for you.

Free delivery applies to orders over Rs. 0. Orders below this amount carry a flat delivery fee of Rs. 2,500.

Our delivery partner calls you a day before arrival to arrange a convenient window. If you need to reschedule, no problem — we'll simply book another slot.

Returns

We want you to love your furniture. If a piece isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
• Refunds are arranged directly with our team, typically via bank transfer to your account.
• Collection for large items is arranged by our delivery team at no extra cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match your confirmation, message us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the piece at no cost — no returns paperwork needed.

Made-to-order and clearance

Some custom and clearance pieces are final sale. These are always marked on the product page before you check out, and our team confirms this before dispatching.

Warranty

All furniture carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, along with a lifetime repair service. Solid wood naturally expands and contracts with the seasons — this is a sign of living wood, not a defect.
