Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address — the minimum needed to deliver your furniture. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep only your email address.

How we use it

• Processing and delivering your orders, including coordinating with our delivery partners.
• Sending order updates and, with your consent, occasional newsletters you can unsubscribe from anytime.
• Improving our website, collections and service.

Payments

We do not process or store any payment information. Payment is arranged directly with our team when your order is confirmed by phone, and is settled at delivery.

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We never share your details with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not require customer accounts — ordering stays guest-only.

Cookies & storage

We use session cookies to keep your cart working, and local storage for your wishlist. Analytics, if enabled, are anonymised. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@hebenos.pk.
